About Matthew Dugow
Originally from Manhattan, Matthew Dugow inaugurated his career into Miami real estate in 2010, having built quite a reputation since his arrival to the Magic City. With an earned dual undergraduate degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Tampa, Matthew started as an intern at one of South Florida's most prestigious real estate marketing firms, LGD Communications. At LGD, Matthew worked hand-in-hand with luxury clientele, creating marketing strategies for several respected developers and brokerages in the real estate industry, including: BH3, Related Group, Swire Properties, Terra Group, Fortune International, Cervera and One Sotheby's.Specialized in all areas of communication, strategy and new media (with impressed focus on digital strategy and digital media advertising), Matthew additionally served on several social media panels and was integral in introducing developers and brokerages to the benefits of social and digital media in the modern era. What began as an internship in the marketing and advertising industry quickly led to the combined sales and marketing of more than $3.3 billion in real estate with LGD Communications and a revealed passion for the world of luxury real estate. A recent addition to the Douglas Elliman team, Matthew's years of marketing knowledge and keen focus on branding, coupled with his recently acquired sales experience in the luxury marketplace, have developed him into a practiced agent.
